Sendly is a new free web service which allows you to send one or more files of any size to your selected recipients, bypassing all email attachment size limitations.
When sending multiple files they are automatically zipped before being sent and you get a notification email when your recipient has downloaded your file.
Sendly acts as an intermediary temporary store and forward service, sending to your recipients a link from where they can download their file. Files are kept for 10 days on the Sendly servers.

I have tried this service and it worked without a hitch. Not sure what their motivation is to supply this service free of charge.
