At my last visit to Venice this was a topic of discussion at my hotel. With this way of lateral thinking it’s certainly a different way that one can use technology – the idea that confers inert materials with some of the properties of living things. Venice could engage itself in a struggle for survival against the destructive impact of the elements in which it is situated.
